These terms cover the purchase and use of My Interview AI, a downloadable web application sold as a one-time digital purchase.

What you are buying

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on the computers you personally use. You may keep your copy indefinitely and receive updates we publish. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file with others.

What you need to provide

The app requires Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, a microphone, and an API key from a supported AI provider. You create the provider account, add credit, and pay the provider directly for your usage. We are not responsible for provider costs, outages, changes to their pricing or models, or their decision to restrict browser access.

Using it responsibly

Practice mode is yours to use without limit. Live mode provides captions and a suggested answer during a conversation. Some employers and interviewers ask candidates not to use assistance. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules of any interview, exam, or meeting you take part in. We do not encourage using the app where it is prohibited.

Accuracy

Transcription is imperfect and AI answers can be wrong. The app drafts suggestions from the information you supply; you decide what to say. We make no guarantee about interview outcomes.

Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable. See the refund policy.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including provider charges, missed opportunities, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Seller

My Interview AI is operated by an individual seller. Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms of sale apply to the transaction. Contact: support@myinterviewai.app.
