Refund policy

My Interview AI is a digital download. Once purchased, it cannot be returned, so all sales are final and non-refundable.

Try before you buy

The free demo is the complete app with a fixed sample profile. You can test your microphone, your API key, live transcription, practice mode, and the quality of the answers before paying anything. Please do that first.

If something is broken

If your download is corrupted, the file will not open, or a purchased feature does not work as described on this site, email support@myinterviewai.app with your order number and a description of the problem. We will fix it or send a working copy.

Things we cannot refund for

• Not having Chrome or Edge, or a working microphone.
• Costs charged by your AI provider.
• Changing your mind after downloading.
• Being asked not to use assistance in a particular interview.

Duplicate purchases

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
